MEET OUR TEAM

DOUG & ALISON REED (OWNERS)

In 1998 Doug was hired as an Operations manager, and in 2002 was promoted to General Manager. In 2004 Doug and Alison purchased Central Maine Cleaning. We believe our most important asset is our employees and believe our integrity and faith is very important in how we run our business. We have three children and have been married since 1996 and are very involved in missions work in Haiti and volunteering in local youth sports.

SCOTT DUROST (GENERAL MANAGER)

I started with Central Maine Cleaning in January 2012 as the Northern Maine Operations Manager for Central Maine Cleaning, checking in with account managers and doing audit checks of accounts monthly, refilling supplies, and keeping in touch with cleaners. I did this role for 5 ½ years before growing into my current role as General Manager. I spent 17 years in wholesale and retail foodservice management with multiple companies including operations, sales, human resources, logistics, and customer service. I have lived and attended school in Maine my entire life. I currently reside in Bangor with my wife and daughter and enjoy spending time with them, travelling, and coaching youth sports.

ROBERTO RIOS (SOUTHERN OPERATIONS MANAGER)

I am originally from Peru, South America. I had a desire to bring my family to the United States and worked to become a US citizen in 2007. I started working for Central Maine Cleaning in 2010 as a commercial cleaner. I like what I do and over the years my responsibility and work has grown with Central Maine Cleaning. I am also a notary public and licensed insurance agent. I live in the city of South Portland with my wife, my daughter, and our chocolate lab Danna. I love sports, especially soccer. In my expanding roles I have discovered I like to solve problems as difficult as they may be. I take pride in what I do.

Shaunn Patton (NORTHERN OPERATIONS MANAGER)

I joined the Central Maine Cleaning family in 2019 as the Northern Maine Operations Manager(WATERVILLE TO PRESQUE ISLE) where I am responsible for hiring, supervising and training our talented cleaners. I am also the point of contact for our clients in the Northern Maine and Down East regions. In addition, I deal with many of the day-to-day aspects of operations for the company in the region. I enjoy my work at Central Maine Cleaning and I am proud to work for a company that cares about providing quality service and cares about the well-being of its employees. 


Outside of work, I like taking long walks, lifting weights, finding ways to help those less fortunate than myself, but, most importantly; I continue to strive to be the best father that I can be to my two daughters. I hope to continue to be a part of the Central Maine Cleaning family for many years to come.

ROSEMARY DRIGGERS (OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR)

I joined Central Maine Cleaning in July 2010 as an office administrator. I am semi-retired after working in other Bangor offices since 1980. My life is blessed with two adult children and 3 granddaughters and a grandson. I enjoy my time at Central Maine Cleaning. It is a great place to work.
